What we collect
Order details (assignment instructions, files you upload), account information (name, email, phone), payment metadata (processed by our PCI-compliant processor, we never store card numbers), and standard server logs (IP, browser type) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Solely to fulfill your orders, match you to the right expert, communicate about your account, and improve service quality. We never sell your data, never share it with your school, and never use your work to train AI models.
Your rights
Under GDPR and CCPA you can request access, deletion, or export of your data at any time by emailing tutorsgallery@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Internal access is role-restricted and audit-logged.
